Healing Foods

What is Healing Foods?

Healing foods are what grow in a natural state by Mother Nature. Such food does not contain preservatives or flavor enhancers. With the exception of dried grains and legumes, these foods do not have an extended shelf life. A diet high in healing/whole foods is much easier to digest and the nutrition is readily available for absorption. Healing foods may also be called living foods when they have maintained their enzymes. These foods are the foundation of our ability to properly digest and transform food to energy.

How will healing foods benefits me?

The program is based on the most studied cultures world-wide that experience the least disease and enjoy the most longevity.

Will I need to cook?

Yes. If you don’t cook consider taking a private cooking class before implementing the healing foods program. I can teach basic cooking skills. Store bought prepared meals and restaurant meals are typically not healing foods. You have the ultimate quality control when you cook at home.

Is this a trendy diet?

No. This is a complete lifestyle change designed to give you the knowledge of healing foods so you may continue making healthier choices. The prevention of disease begins with your daily nutritional choices.

I’m busy. Will this program work for me?
With your commitment to change we find ways to implement this program into most people’s busy lifestyle. With the increased energy you will feel inspired to make changes. Acupuncture treatment, awareness practice and exercise also help to support your decisions while making this important lifestyle change.

8 Week Coaching Program

We begin the program learning awareness practices and exercise protocols before we begin the food changes.

A home visit and shopping trip will be scheduled. The home visit includes general feng shui advice and kitchen assessment.

The shopping trip will help educate you on label reading and choosing whole food ingredients.

The initial assessment includes a complete evaluation of your current state of health and underlying imbalance.
Acupuncture may be recommended upon the first visit. We meet weekly for questions, awareness practice, exercise and acupuncture.

I am available for questions about recipes or supplement protocols by phone, e- mail or at the time of the weekly visit. Since the program is individualized, there may be additional home visits or shopping trips as needed. I also hold seminars and additional trainings at my office.

Enrollment fees

Including 5 acupuncture treatments: $675
This does not include supplements, which are recommended on an individual basis.
Additional charges may include fuel, travel time or extra treatment time. You will be notified prior to any additional charges.
